StraightThink AI ("we," "us") is run by Todd Schowalter in St. Louis, Missouri. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to help you, we don't sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
- When you request our free guide: your first name and email address, plus whether you agreed to receive emails from us.
- When you book a session: your name, email, the answers to our short intake questions, and your appointment details.
- When you pay: payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you visit our website: like most sites, our hosting provider and the tools below may record basic technical information (such as your browser type and pages visited).
How we use it
- To send you the guide and, if you agreed, occasional emails with practical AI tips and offers
- To schedule, prepare for, and follow up on your session
- To process payments and refunds
- To improve our website and services
Who helps us
We use a few trusted services to run the business, and they handle your information on our behalf:
- HubSpot: stores contacts and sends our emails
- Cal.com: scheduling
- Stripe: payments
- Zoom: video sessions
- GoDaddy: website hosting
- Google Fonts: website fonts
We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email.
- Ask what we have, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing todd@toddsprod.com.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable providers and limit access to your information. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Children
Our services are for business owners and are not directed to children under 13.
